Here is a video on how to make an Iris paper flower using my "Paper Petals - Iris" petal layer SCUT files. You can download my SCUT files for free from Craft Edge - see the top of my blog for the list and links of all the flowers.
This Iris is the rounded petals Iris, and I did not use the center accent petal layers.
